Proof of vaccination and identification is required to enter Town of Caledon community centres starting September 22, 2021 as announced by the Province. This is to further protect the community as we all continue to fight the Delta variant and the fourth wave.
Exemptions include, but are not limited to:
We ask for your patience and understanding as Town staff continue to work tirelessly to serve our citizens and follow the Provincial regulations. Let's continue to work together.
We continue to review operational requirements and while we will do our best to ensure the screening process moves as quickly as possible, please arrive early for your activity to ensure there is adequate time to complete the necessary checks. Proof of being fully vaccinated, is emailed to you by Ontario Ministry of Health when you receive your second dose. Or you can download your vaccination certificate online. Please show a digital or printed copy where required, which must include name, date of vaccination and product name (brand of vaccine). If you are exempt from receiving the vaccine due to medical reasons, a doctor’s note is required in place of proof of vaccination to enter any Town facilities. The doctor’s note should specify the exemption and duration of the exemption. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted as an alternative to proof of full vaccination. Procedures are subject to change based on provincial rules and regulations. We will continue to promote and follow health guidelines for the safety of our staff and participants.
